Brickell does not sell your Personal Information to third parties. In Other Circumstances: Other than as noted above, we may be required to share your Personal Information for purposes such as complying with court orders or law enforcement; assisting with identity verification, and to prevent fraud and identity theft; selling Brickell's assets, or in process of arranging for the dissolution of Brickell; or enforcing our agreements and property rights.
We don't knowingly collect personally identifying information from anyone under the age of 13 unless we first obtain permission from the child's parent or legal guardian. In addition, children under the age of 13 are not authorized to make purchases from Brickell without consent from a parent or legal guardian.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently received Personal Information provided by a visitor under the age of 13 without permission from a parent or legal guardian, we will delete the information from our records. A child's parent or legal guardian can also request that the Personal Information of their child be deleted from our records, if it has not been already.
If you are under 16 years of age and reside in the European Union, you must provide an email address for your parent or legal guardian, and before you can access or use the Sites, Brickell must receive your parent's or legal guardian's express consent. You will not receive access or the ability to use the Sites, and we will not collect additional Personal Information from you, until we receive your parent's or legal guardian's consent. Your parent or legal guardian may revoke consent at any time, and Brickell will take reasonable steps to delete all Personal Information collected from you.
